A famous motsu-nabe restaurant located mainly in Tokyo. The restaurant uses only Japanese beef small intestines with plenty of fat, and offers a choice of five soups: white (miso), red (soy sauce), gold (kelp dashi), silver (salt and black pepper), and flame (spicy miso). The restaurant is popular not only for its taste but also for its calm and stylish atmosphere, and reservations are a must.
