The wine is so difficult to obtain even within France. It has flavors of apricot and yellow peach, with a gentle acidity that is subtly yet firmly balanced.
[Chardonnay] One of the most historic wineries in Chablis. They practice sustainable farming across their vast vineyards, which include old vines over 60 years old. The vineyards face southeast, protecting them from excessive heat, allowing the grapes to mature slowly. The result is a beautiful, elegant finish with delicate and refined minerals.
[Chardonnay] Founded in 1731, this prestigious domaine owns approximately 130 hectares of vineyards primarily in the Côte d'Or. 'Les Clous' is located at the highest point among the village-class vineyards.
