Seasonal appetizers, the popular classic dish 'Yodare-dori' (saliva chicken), freshly roasted pork, and a total of 8 dishes. For an additional 4,000 yen, you can add braised shark fin.
A dish that means 'so delicious it makes you drool.' It features tender steamed chicken made from young chickens, generously topped with a sauce made from two types of doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste) aged for different lengths of time. The moist texture of the steamed chicken and the deep spiciness spread throughout the mouth.
This roast pork is made from Kinka pork raised at Hirata Farm in Yamagata Prefecture. The pork is marinated in a special sauce and grilled to order, allowing you to enjoy it freshly cooked. The refined sweetness of the Kinka pork fat and the exquisite flavor of the meat are exceptional.
The Mapo Tofu made by the owner chef, who is a grand-disciple of Chen Kenmin, has a deep flavor that is addictive, with umami amidst the spiciness. In winter, an arrangement with cod milt is added, combining tradition and novelty in the menu.
