Fresh morning-pickled chicken meatballs are cooked in the broth produced by the up-and-coming ramen restaurant "Hana-3", which is full of deliciousness. The vegetables and chicken add to the deliciousness of this nabe, and the taste gets better and better. To complete the meal, we serve ramen noodles made by Nishiuchi Noodle Factory, which has won numerous grand prix awards.
This course features our signature chicken on the bone as the main dish. You will eat the Kagawa Marugame specialty, chicken on the bone, with tacos. Of course, you can eat it as it is! The restaurant name "Lapaz" means peace in Spanish. Originally, the Mexican cuisine LAPAZ in Nara was the origin of this restaurant. Therefore, you can enjoy a little bit of Mexican food at our restaurant. This course is sure to be a lot of fun with the hot sauces and tequila from the owner's collection! This hot pot features a broth made from a blend of chicken bones, dried sardines, and bonito flakes!
