Jumbo Peanut Sprout
Handmade Frankfurt from a farm in Kashima, Ibaraki. Typically, sausages are made using cuts from the thigh and shoulder, but this Frankfurt is made from a whole pig, using only luxurious cuts of meat such as belly, loin, and shoulder loin, making it juicy and full of flavor. No chemical seasonings are used, and the use of additives is minimized for safety considerations!
Joshu pork is a high-quality brand of pork raised in Gunma Prefecture, in a rich natural environment. The meat is flavorful, with almost no distinctive pork odor, a hint of sweetness, and a juicy, finely textured, soft mouthfeel. Please enjoy it while it is warm.
Uses Kombu Dashi
This is a special okonomiyaki from Genki, made without any cabbage, using a base of green leaf, mizuna, organic brown rice, black rice, kombu dashi, yam, Niigata rice flour, and extremely delicious eggs, filled with seasonal vegetables! Topped with egg-free, cholesterol-free soybean mayonnaise and fried carrots! *The okonomiyaki can be made vegan. Please consult us. It takes 25 minutes to cook! 100% Wenzhou mikan, a juicy sake with the sweetness of mikan only.
This is a fresh alcoholic beverage made with about 4 mangoes in 500ml, full of natural fruit juice and a rich aroma.
