<Special Junmai Sake> Recommended for those who prefer dry sake from Yamagata Prefecture! This special junmai sake is polished down to 55% using 'Miyama Nishiki' and 'Yuki Geshou'. Jokigen's dry sake is crafted to have a rich umami and depth typical of junmai sake, finished with a refreshing and crisp aftertaste. It pairs well with any meal and is a drink you can enjoy multiple cups of!
<Special Junmai Sake> 'Tanizake' from Aomori Prefecture aims to return to the origins of sake and create a dignified, authentic sake. It began with the traditional, completely handmade brewing method of junmai sake. The name 'Tanizake,' which is somewhat unexpected, is based on the associations of <rice fields, rice, and rice> and signifies sake brewed solely from traditional rice.
<Ginjo Sake> This is an extremely dry ginjo sake with a sake meter value of +20, which is significantly different from the previous image of Kuroki Jozo in Yamagata Prefecture. Bakuren was born from the process of researching a sharp and dry junmai ginjo. Initially, it seemed like a sake that only emphasized its dryness, but after about two years of aging in the brewery, it transformed into a new type of extremely dry ginjo sake.
<Junmai Ginjo Sake> This sake from Fukushima features a calm aroma, and when tasted, it has a fruity aftertaste. Compared to Junmai, it has a richer aroma and flavor of rice. It has a good sharpness and a well-balanced taste.
<Junmai Ginjo Sake> From Miyagi Prefecture, it has a refreshing aroma and a mellow, rich flavor. The more you drink, from the first cup to the second and third, the more umami emerges. The pasteurization in the bottle has made it even softer and cleaner, and it is a sake with a core that develops over time.
(Bulgaria) Variety / 78% Merlot, 15% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot. A charming fresh taste of Merlot. The pleasant aroma and mouthfeel of ripe fruit clearly reflect the quality of the Merlot grown in the Bessa Valley and the high standard of vineyard work.
(Australia) Variety / 100% Shiraz. A wine of outstanding quality with rich and powerful fruit flavors that leave a long finish. It is best enjoyed with meals. Only the best grapes from a small vineyard in South Australia are selected, brewed in a traditional style, aged for 24 months in French and American oak barrels, and then bottled without filtration after careful blending.
(Chile) Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The aroma of black currant and red fruits beautifully harmonizes with the toasty notes of French oak, along with hints of chocolate and cigar. While full-bodied, it expresses the elegance of Cabernet.
(USA) Variety/100% Pinot Noir. This wine embodies the fruity characteristics and refined tannins unique to the Pinot Noir grape. Its charm lies in the distinctive flavor created by the fusion of aromas of fruits, herbs, roasted spices, and smoky notes.
