Please enjoy the chef's carefully selected dishes and, above all, sake to your heart's content.
Inspired by Nagoya's hitsu culture, we have replaced the main ingredient with grilled mackerel. The richly grilled mackerel is broken apart and enjoyed in three stages, a new type of 'mabushi'. This is a bowl inspired by Nagoya, finished in Tokyo.
We offer three types: salt, sauce, and miso. *During lunch, you can enjoy a free large serving of rice and self-serve from 5 to 6 types of condiments.
