[Lunch Course] This 19-course menu includes 8 pieces of nigiri, 2 kinds of tempura, and a seasonal small bowl of rice topped with a variety of seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido and other regions. The classic counter and spacious private rooms are both available.
The bluefin tuna sourced through unique routes leveraging the connections of the chef from Hokkaido is one of the most carefully selected ingredients in our restaurant. You can enjoy a higher quality of standard cuts as well as rare parts, including red meat, medium fatty tuna, fatty tuna, and collar tuna.
Thanks to the unique connections built by the chef over 40 years with markets and wholesalers across Hokkaido, we constantly procure and provide seasonal ingredients. Examples include: genuine shishamo, soy, kinki, sanma, hokki clams, and kamas.
The purple sea urchin and the black sea urchin, sourced at peak freshness, have no unpleasant odor and boast first-class quality that even sea urchin lovers will rave about.
