As you can feel from the name 'Hanakyun', it has a charming sweetness and a light, refreshing drinking experience. The aroma is fresh and reminiscent of a refreshing ramune soda. It has a moderate body feel amidst its lightness, allowing you to enjoy not only the smoothness but also the sweetness and richness unique to Omachi rice in this Junmai Ginjo Origarami sake.

The aftertaste has a bittersweet nuance reminiscent of citrus fruits.
It has a wide, beautiful, and well-balanced flavor with richness. A rich aroma slowly spreads. A fragrance reminiscent of autumn with a combination of fruit flavors and dried straw rises slowly, followed by a fruity aroma where ripe papaya and kiwi coexist with the green of thyme (fresh herb). There is an accent of pistachio, and a hint of cosmos fragrance also reaches. From a moist approach, a body spreads horizontally, enveloping the palate. A texture that gives a sense of strength at the tip of the tongue, with umami and bitterness blending harmoniously, leads to a pleasant aftertaste.
This is a limited edition Daiginjo sake created with the thought of wanting to be close to our customers' special moments. Please enjoy the refined sweetness and acidity, harmonized with a lingering umami bitterness, reminiscent of a sparkling crystal.
EAU DU DESIR means 'Water of Hope' and is the representative brand of Kamishibito Kuheiji. It has nuances of fruit just before ripening, an aroma of exotic spices, a hint of bitterness like a squeezed citrus, and acidity that supports the overall flavor, leading to a layered taste that connects to the aftertaste. To repay the sake retailers who handle it, I have spoken of one day getting Kamishibito Kuheiji on the list of the world's three-star restaurants, which was realized in France in 2004. A truly brilliant maker who puts words into action.

The name 'Kid' reflects the desire to create a sake that is loved by young drinkers, utilizing the terroir of Kishu.
This sake has a dry value raised to +9, but it is not overly dry, and the umami is well expressed. After feeling the umami and sweetness, it finishes with a lively and fresh crispness!
It features a refreshing aroma and a pleasant mouthfeel. While it has the rich flavor of the ingredients characteristic of junmai sake, the taste is light, and you can enjoy a refreshing aftertaste. Its crisp flavor makes it perfect for pairing with food.

A junmai daiginjo sake characterized by its fresh and elegant aroma and flavor, aged using a unique method. It is named after the first sake brewer, Nizaemon.
Unique and unparalleled, layered with time. As we layer these unique seasons, we maintain the original deliciousness of sake while deepening the aromas and flavors that only this sake can produce. We call this 'aging.' It offers a gentleness and softness that cannot be obtained from freshly pressed new sake. By being particular about the storage environment, we achieve depth and umami. Only the junmai daiginjo genshu, carefully stored at low temperatures from a brewery with over 200 years of history, reaches the awakened state of maturity. The one and only drop that fulfills time has been named 'Muni.'
A rich flavor that spreads throughout the mouth with a mellow and sweet aroma, free from the earthy smell of sweet potatoes, thanks to three years of aging.
A corner of 3M! Since its establishment in the 18th year of the Meiji era, it has inherited traditional techniques and uses only the original Japanese sweet potatoes from the time of its founding, with rice from Kagoshima Prefecture as the koji rice and contract-grown sweet potatoes from Kagoshima Prefecture as the main ingredient. The shochu 'Moriizo' is carefully fermented and distilled, showcasing the rich aroma and finely textured flavor of the sweet potatoes.

This shochu is made using traditional black koji and brewed in a ceramic jar, utilizing ancient black rice for the koji. It aims to create a shochu that matches the flavors of the black cattle and black pork, symbols of the black tide culture of Satsuma. The bottle and label are unified in 'black' to honor the black culture of Satsuma, and it is named 'Kuroyoshi' after the previous owner of Takeoka Sake Shop, Shigekichi. This shochu features a harmonious blend of the rich flavors from ancient black rice and sweet potatoes, offering a smooth yet profound taste.

It has a refreshing citrus aroma and a crisp mouthfeel.
A gentle sweetness of grains and black tea, with a strong and rich aroma. The flavor has a solid structure and a concentrated balance, leaving a fragrant and complex aftertaste. Characterized by the depth of flavor from handmade koji and the rich taste and body reminiscent of vanilla and coconut from wooden barrel distillation. The soft texture of the sake is a major feature. Please enjoy it with slightly warm water.
A fragrant and slightly sweet aroma elegantly wafts through the air. The soft texture reveals a caramel-like, toasty, and delicate sweetness. A light and sweet flavor takes center stage, forming a mellow taste. Even after swallowing, a gentle and toasty aftertaste lingers comfortably.
Known as a specialist in black koji sweet potato shochu, Munnoira is a barley shochu produced by the famous Murao Shuzo, which is referred to as one of the '3Ms' alongside Moriizo and Maou in the shochu world. Munnoira, which is said to be made only when there is extra capacity after finishing the sweet potato shochu, is also called the phantom barley shochu and is considered the most difficult shochu to obtain in Murao's lineup. The 100% barley flavor that captivates even sweet potato shochu fans allows you to fully enjoy the sweetness common to Murao, making it recommended not only for barley shochu fans but also for Murao enthusiasts.
While being a genuine shochu, it exudes a unique and overwhelming presence that transcends the boundaries of shochu. Elegant and strong, with hints of oak and a subtle cigar aroma. It is characterized by its richness and smoothness, with layers of coconut and toasty barley flavors. When diluted with water, a sweetness from the grains emerges, blending with various flavors to create a gentle yet complex taste. When mixed with hot water, it develops a richness, allowing you to enjoy a fuller flavor along with various complex notes.

To make shochu, we polish the sake rice 'Yamada Nishiki' and 'Gohyakumangoku' to 50-60% like ginjo sake. (At this point, it already surpasses the concept of authentic shochu.) This is a luxurious rice shochu distilled directly from the moromi. It has a fragrant aroma reminiscent of vibrant, ripe tropical fruits. Please enjoy the ginjo aroma that rivals even daiginjo sake slowly. The splendid aroma reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits and delicious apples brings to mind ginjo sake. The taste may be better described as 'crisp, dry daiginjo' rather than shochu. It is also recommended for sake and wine enthusiasts. It is famous as the favorite drink of Crown Princess Masako.
Using sake rice Yamada Nishiki, carefully brewed and distilled, and aged in barrels over many years. The name J-SAKE (Japanese Sake) expresses the history, spirit, and vibrant essence of Japan itself. Flavors of vanilla and nuts, with a rich and pure taste.
This shochu is distilled directly from the sake lees of Dassai sake, which is harvested on the same day. Due to its production method, the yield is not large, but it captures the beautiful aroma of Dassai within the shochu. The alcohol content is high at 39%, which allows the clean aroma to be extracted at its best state.
Each ingredient is carefully selected and aged luxuriously over time, creating a flavor that evokes a sense of sophistication, 'Asahi Premium Draft Beer Junmai'. Please savor this adult-flavored beer with its deep taste and exquisite aroma.
