Koshou Brewery, known for its carefully crafted shochu, uses organic plums and honey produced by 'Ouin-do Farm', a group of organic farmers famous in Nishiyoshino Village, Nara Prefecture, who share the same aspirations. This plum wine is made without any additives such as flavorings or colorings. It has a rounded flavor that harmonizes the aroma and acidity of the plums with the richness of the shochu.
