This classic set menu, which concisely showcases the highlights of our restaurant, is highly recommended for first-time guests. The Yamashina Wagyu Slider is an extremely popular dish where we grill a miniature hamburger patty right before your eyes and serve it as a burger. Recommended for repeat customers who want to enjoy the essence of teppanyaki as well as meat. In addition to Omi beef, this course also includes shark's fin, which is known as a high-end Chinese ingredient not found at other restaurants, and teppan-yaki live abalones, which attracts repeat customers. The dessert, created by our patissier, is a perfect example of Yamashina's commitment to seasonal cuisine. This course lets you enjoy Omi beef—meticulously selected by our head chef and raised through a long-term feeding process—as yakiniku. Because we purchase entire cattle, we’re able to offer a variety of cuts on a daily rotating basis. This is an à la carte menu where you can order your favorite yakiniku items. Please order whatever you’d like, in whatever quantities you’d like. We charge 1 yen per person as a cover charge. Please note that even if you request a set course on the day of your visit, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to grill chef availability. We appreciate your understanding.
