Enjoy the authentic kiritampo nabe made with slowly simmered soup from Hinai-jidori chicken bones and kiritampo grilled over charcoal using Akita's Sasanishiki rice. *Regular sales are not available during the summer season (July-September). Reservations only. One serving.
Hinai-jidori, one of Japan's top three local chicken breeds, is used. At Satoyosuke Yoshozou, we want you to fully enjoy its umami, so we grill it whole using natural salt from the Oga Peninsula in Akita. You can choose between a pounded style or well-grilled. Half portion for 1,000 yen.
