Yunagi Course The course begins with a seasonal small bowl of cooked food and a salad of seven kinds of vegetables shipped directly from the production area, followed by a three-piece sashimi platter shipped directly from Toyosu and two kinds of Kumamoto wild horse sashimi to enjoy the tastes of seafood and meat. You can also enjoy a rich cheese omelette with shirasu and tomatoes and authentic Hakata motsunabe, and finish with chanpon noodles or zosui (rice porridge) and a seasonal dessert. (2 hours only on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and days before national holidays.
Shiratsuyu Course The course begins lightly with a small seasonal bowl of cooked food and a seafood shirasu salad, followed by a three-piece sashimi platter directly from Toyosu and two kinds of Kumamoto wild horse sashimi. After enjoying char-grilled beef tongue and deep-fried winter anglerfish, choose from beef tongue shabu shabu or sagari with dashi ponzu. Finish off this luxurious course with a choice of chanpon noodles, zosui (rice porridge), or tuna tataki donburi, followed by dessert. 2 hours only on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and days before national holidays.
Yoizuki Course Start with a light and refreshing seafood salad of avocado and tuna and three kinds of seasonal small bowls of cooked food, then enjoy the taste of seafood and meat with five kinds of sashimi directly shipped from Toyosu and three kinds of Kumamoto wild horse sashimi. You can also enjoy grilled beef tongue with miso and cheese spring rolls, and finish with your choice of seafood yose-nabe, beef tongue shabu-shabu, or charcoal-grilled beef tongue, with champon noodles, zosui, or seafood rose chirashi-sushi. Finish with chanpon noodles, zosui (rice porridge), or seafood bara chirashi sushi. 2-hour service on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and days before national holidays.
