Juicy shumai made with Aguu pork are the restaurant's specialty, and the live-simmering finish in a large pot is also praised. Dishes that elevate Okinawa ingredients from a unique perspective are lined up, such as fried locally sourced fresh fish paired with a refreshing tartar sauce made with shima rakkyo. From rare-cut Wagyu fillet katsu, potato salad enlivened with cream cheese, and Wagyu yukke, to clay-pot rice, the menu is full of thoughtful ingredients and creativity.

In contrast to its calm, traditional folk-house–style exterior, when you enter the restaurant a large pot placed directly in front of the open counter makes a strong impression. In addition to counter seating, there are private rooms that accommodate from 2 to 30 people, suitable for a wide range of occasions from dates to banquets. The venue can be reserved for exclusive use, and with attentive service a pleasant atmosphere is maintained throughout your visit.

Opened on March 28, 2019, in Kumoji, Naha City. Although located between Kumoji and Izumizaki, its reputation spread by word of mouth and it grew into a popular restaurant that is hard to get a reservation at. It has sister locations in Tokyo, and as a creative izakaya originating from Okinawa it has established a presence both inside and outside the prefecture.
