The smooth soba is pleasant, and the flavor of the broth is distinctly felt. They also serve the soba broth properly, allowing you to relax until the end. The oyakodon has rice with just the right firmness, perfectly matching the gentle flavor of the broth. I also liked the sweet seasoning of the katsudon and the umami of the onions, making it feel like a typical soba shop dish. The lineup of dipping soba is also rich, with many intriguing options like tanuki soba and curry dipping soba. Both the rice bowls and soba are satisfying to eat, and I think it's a place where you can casually enjoy delicious soba.
