In a cozy space centered around the counter, they serve you pleasantly. Once you take a seat and request the chef's choice of skewers, freshly grilled items are served in order. The chicken breast with plum is moist inside, and its aroma and acidity are delightful. The liver has a sauce that is not overly sweet, leaving a light aftertaste, and its rich texture is superb. The gizzards, bonjiri (chicken tail), tsukune (chicken meatballs), squid, and ginkgo nuts each have enjoyable textures and aromatic qualities. The quiet interactions create a comfortable atmosphere, allowing you to leisurely savor the lingering taste of the grilled dishes.

This is a yakitori restaurant centered around a counter, located deep in an alley. The skewers are carefully grilled one by one, and the cooking is very well done. The fluffy texture of the tsukune has a subtle sweetness, and the saltiness is just right. The chicken breast with plum is moist and slightly rare, making it a delicious choice for the first skewer. The chicken thigh is enhanced by the umami of raw soy sauce, which is not overpowering and goes down smoothly. There is also a tatami room in the back where you can relax and enjoy the chef's selection and simmered dishes.
