In a calm space centered around the counter, it's enjoyable to see the omakase being prepared right in front of you. The presentation is beautiful, and each dish that comes out is exciting. There are many surprising dishes, including conger eel, crab, and nodoguro, as well as grilled shark fin and wagyu somen, which leave a strong impression. The way the hassun is presented is also beautiful, and you can feel the careful craftsmanship in dishes like fried tiger pufferfish, crab shinjo, and cod milt with daikon. It seems that the course changes every month, showing creativity that keeps even regulars from getting bored. The sake also varies in flavor depending on the time, and you can enjoy it quietly in a cozy atmosphere.
