[Sushi Taichi] I always visit Taichi on my anniversary. I feel relieved when I visit here. It is probably because of Taichi's personality. He is always kind to everyone. However, he says what he needs to say to his apprentices and customers alike, and all of his ideas have a core to them. It is this kind of person that makes me want to visit him often. This time, again, we had an enjoyable evening, chatting with the person next to us, surprised at the age of the second performer, and teasing him about his love life. It was also interesting to hear the backstory of Keita, the former second runner-up! The chutoro this time was a surprise... Can we call it chutoro any more? It was so delicious that I had to have another plate and even more torotaku rolls! The crab was excellent, and the crab was a special treat for this time of year. And I was also pleased to have oysters and albacore with olive oil and salt, which is rare for an orthodox restaurant like Taichi. The price for such an enjoyable meal in Ginza was nothing short of fantastic. Above all, I am glad that my wife was so pleased with her meal.

[Sushi Taichi] My favorite sushi restaurant in Ginza so far in my history. Nigiri section. I have absolutely nothing to say. There is really nothing impeccable about it. I was supposed to be pretty full with snacks and sake, but I found myself eating 12 pieces. The little rice balls with red vinegar really come out at just the right temperature. Basically, I like Hikarimono, but this time I was impressed with the Unotan nori maki (seaweed roll), even though it was a goofy dish. It has a nice aroma of the sea and is like a very high quality egg rice. (I'm not cut out for food reports...ugh!) It was cool that Taichi could just say, "Everything that comes out today is delicious. I just take my hat off to his humble attitude while taking pride in his skills. Thank you for a great job today, Taichi. And thank you for the champagne!

Sushi Archive 2020 Sushi Taichi ① Enjoy authentic Edomae Sushi at a reasonable price for lunch 🍣. I went there after seeing the manga "Gohobi-Ohitori Sushi" and it was just like Oyakata 😂.

[Sushi Taichi] My favorite sushi restaurant in Ginza so far. Here are some of the snacks. At first glance, it looks simple, but it's fun to eat it while feeling that each item has been carefully selected:) How soft the boiled abalone is. My favorites are the sujiko marinated in sake lees and the sardine wrapped in seaweed. The first glass of sake called "Fuku-shuku" was a real crowd pleaser. I was not bored at all, probably because the order of the dishes was designed with the strength of the flavors and textures in mind. Continue to the Nigiri section.
