Opened in February 2020, this dining establishment has a name that means 'nature' in Finnish and offers dishes and wines themed around the blessings of nature. It is loved by many as a place where one can feel nature in the midst of the city.

Kirishima opened a restaurant called "LUONTO" in Tokyo in 2012. Prior to opening the restaurant, he established an agricultural corporation called "H2O Farm Hatori Hotaru no Sato K.K." in the Hattori district in the northern part of Fukuyama City, aiming for a community revitalization project. This business was founded by Kirishima's father, who switched his business from restaurant to agriculture and is now farming on local land.
