You can relax quietly in a private room located underground at the end of the alley. The skewers, infused with the aroma of binchotan charcoal, are fluffy, juicy, and simply the best. The chicken wonton soup is comforting, and the carefully grilled chicken thigh, gizzard, and bonjiri that follow are impressive. The side dishes, such as the sesame tofu mapo and a pumpkin dish, are enjoyable and add a nice contrast to the flow of flavors. The chicken neck is served wrapped in seaweed with a hint of lemon soy sauce, and I loved the balance of aroma and texture. Since each skewer is brought to you one by one in the private room, you can savor them at a leisurely pace, and you will be satisfied even with the finishing touches of minced meat rice and curry.
