Using fresh ingredients personally sourced by the owner, we offer a variety of dishes including grilled chicken skewers, sashimi, and salads. The grilled chicken skewers, carefully grilled one by one, are especially recommended, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavors of the ingredients. Additionally, we have heartwarming dishes such as chicken rice and onsen eggs.

You can spend a pleasant time in a calm atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional house. Located slightly off a small path, it is a perfect space for those who want to cherish private moments. The interior is warm and inviting, creating an atmosphere that relaxes visitors.

Opened on December 18, 2017, we aim to be a beloved restaurant in the community. With dishes that utilize fresh ingredients and warm-hearted service, we are cherished by many. Since our opening, we have continued to be loved by the local people and have grown as a presence that supports the local food culture.

Mr. Furusato was born in 1984 in Tsushima City, Nagasaki Prefecture. He gained experience across a variety of establishments — yakitori shops, seafood restaurants, izakaya, and ryokan — and became independent to open his own restaurant in December 2017. Making use of the skills and sensibility he developed, he offers a wide range of dishes that extend beyond yakitori. With a unique style unconstrained by existing categories, he pursues creating a one-of-a-kind restaurant.
