Opening the heavy door and descending the stairs, a calm counter spreads out before me, lifting my spirits. The first floor offers a style where the food is grilled right in front of you, while the second floor has a table-centered atmosphere that changes the vibe. The staff is attentive, quickly pulling out chairs and even considering the timing for photos. The grilled meat is not overly fatty, and when paired with aged soy sauce or miso, the umami flavor significantly increases. The salad and soup have a gentle taste, and the texture of the dressing and baguette is pleasant. After the meal, enjoying a cup of coffee allows me to relax, leaving me feeling content and happy.
