Mizuki Sushi has a 30-year history as a renowned Edomae sushi restaurant. After head chef Yuji Tokuda gained experience, he opened his own unique restaurant and relocated. The quality of the cuisine remains unchanged, as they continue to focus on ingredients and techniques.
