There is a wide variety of sake, and the excitement of choosing according to my mood is delightful. The large oden is well-soaked in broth, and with each bite, a gentle umami spreads. The sashimi is incredibly fresh, and I was particularly impressed by the rich sweetness of the tuna. The tempura of cod milt and the grilled hokke are also served piping hot, and the aroma is irresistible. There is a self-serve sake corner, which allows me to drink at my own pace, and I appreciate that. This place allows me to fully enjoy both the food and the sake, leaving me feeling satisfied even in spirit.
