Sitting at the counter after making a reservation, just looking at the handwritten menu fills me with excitement. The prosciutto is tender and melts in your mouth, and the freshness of the burrata is impressive. The tart with the rich flavor of onions is savory, making you want another slice. The tartare has a strong presence of ingredients, and it pairs perfectly with carpaccio or focaccia. It's also enjoyable to watch the focaccia being prepared right in front of you.
