Enjoy a selection of fresh fish caught in the morning, gathered from local areas to Toyosu Market. Our expert chef carefully selects seasonal ingredients along with popular classic options. Available in three types for 1500 yen, five types for 2400 yen, and seven types for 3300 yen. Individual pieces can also be provided, so please feel free to ask the staff.

Junmai Ginjo. Rice: Yume no Kaori. It has a solid flavor and a good balance, making it a delicious sake! So tasty~!!
Junmai Ginjo Rice: A rich and sharp food pairing sake brewed by a brewery known as the Sushi Prince of Hitomebore! 'Recommended even as warm sake!!'
Super dry junmai ginjo. Rice: Gohyakumangoku. 'Seasonal limited.' Crisp and refreshing, it has the flavor characteristic of junmai, but is noted for its dryness.
Special Junmai Ginjo Rice: Matsuyama Mitsui. This is the brewery that won the Grand Prix in the Junmai category at the most prestigious sake competition, the 'SAKE Competition' in 2019. [Recommended for light warming]
Honjozo sake. Rice: Domestic rice. Rich flavor with a refreshing finish, a taste that doesn't get tiring. 'Richness and sharpness.' Recommended for warm sake as well.
Regular sake. Rice: Domestic rice. A standard commercial sake with a refreshing and dry taste, offering outstanding stability!
Junmai Ginjo Rice: Misato Nishiki 'Seasonal Limited' Fruity, refreshing, and elegantly delicious.
Junmai Ginjo Rice: Akita Sakekomachi 'Seasonal Limited' Imagined from the deep sea, it has depth and leaves a lingering finish.
Junmai Ginjo Namazake Rice: Akita Sake Komachi, Yamadanishiki 'Seasonal Limited' Sharp and refreshing, perfect for the hot season
Junmai Daiginjo Rice: Yamada Nishiki. A superb sake with a juicy umami flavor full of mineral sensations and a crisp finish.
