This is a calm atmosphere yakitori restaurant located in a back alley a short walk from Shimbashi Station. The interior is unified in dark tones, giving it a mature feel, with a counter where you can see the grilling right in front of you, and private rooms at the back that are convenient to use. The Date chicken grilled over binchotan charcoal has a wonderful aroma, and the kashiwa and bonjiri negima are juicy and memorable. The homemade chicken broth wonton soup and the grated daikon in between refresh the palate, making the meal enjoyable until the end. Dishes that shine with creativity, such as chicken wings stuffed with shiitake mushrooms and green onions, smoked sausages, and salads with kumquat, keep coming out. The moist chicken breast dishes, rich one-bite soups, and the final egg over rice and monaka create a well-flowing experience that is highly satisfying.
