I ordered a thousand-layer sashimi, tongue (salt), harami (sauce), mino (sauce), wagyu techan, jingisukan, liver, a mixed namul platter, a spicy chori salad, and bibim noodles. Everything was delicious, but the standout items were the mino and wagyu techan. Also, the zucchini namul that was included in the mixed namul platter. This is something you must try.

The moment I entered, I was excited by the stylish high ceiling and the wine cellar visible through the glass. Upstairs, there is a cozy private room where I could relax and spend time with friends. Starting with a platter of appetizers, I enjoyed each dish, from the incredibly fresh marinated mackerel to the herb sautéed squid. The sautéed pork and bamboo shoots, with their crunchy texture, were a first-time experience for me, and I kept reaching for more beer. The pasta generously coated with bottarga was aromatic, and I couldn't stop using my fork until the end. The variety of glass wines was also diverse, making the time spent choosing combinations with the dishes enjoyable.

I stopped by a new set meal restaurant located alone in a residential area. The interior is new and bright, with a compact number of seats that create a calming atmosphere. The daily special menu written on the blackboard is appealing, and I chose the Korean-style braised beef tendon set meal from it. The sweet and spicy seasoning, along with the tender beef tendon, daikon, and konjac, pairs perfectly with the rice, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The macaroni salad, dried daikon, and small bowl of seaweed miso soup that came with it also have a homely feel and are comforting. The blackboard menu is extensive, offering a delightful opportunity to enjoy various dishes.
