This is a casual Italian restaurant with a nice presentation. ---Lovat@Ebisu Budget: 6,000 yen and up Clientele: Early 20's to 50's Inside: Counter and table seating Narrow space between seats. Lighting is normal. Burrata cheese and tomato (1,900 yen) Oven-baked jumbo mushrooms and raclette cheese (¥1,200) The Meatles (5,500 yen) Carbonara (1,600 yen) Thick and smooth pudding (600 yen) Two kinds of ice cream (600 yen) Glass of wine (700 yen and up) The burrata cheese here is beautiful and colorful. and it goes great with olive oil. It is one of the three best burrata cheeses. The meatle's is delicious with many different parts of the meat. When it comes to meat bistros in Ebisu, I love Carnegieo. This place is easy to get a reservation and very user-friendly!

Every time I eat it, it tastes better. ☺︎ Kuroge Wagyu Beef Kainomi 100g (2,900 yen) Tender but not too fatty, melt-in-your-mouth meat! White beans and kalasumi (1,100 yen) Large portion and plenty of kalasumi! I'm also glad that there is no appetizer. Next time, I would like to order a dish with a special sauce!

Ho utilizzato il ristorante per un invito a cena per un colloquio di lavoro! Anche se pensavo fosse un po' caro, il cibo era delizioso e l'atmosfera era piacevole, quindi è stata una buona esperienza!

A delicious hit 🥰 in a long time new to the area! It became my favorite! I could eat as much wagyu beef tartare as I want. The meat is delicious too! The other snacks also go well with sake. ❤️ The wine is delicious 💓 We have a counter and tables. 2 people or 4 people 🥰.

My junior female doctor wanted Italian food, so we went to LOVAT... 🍴. The use of ingredients is bold and each dish is straight to the point 💓. It's also vibrant and fun to look at✨. Especially the roast beef, beef hearty, ribeye, and burrata cheese (4th one) 🐰💓 that made me want another plate 🐰💓!
