This original champagne is produced by the family-run house 'Pierre Gimonnet,' which has been crafting champagne for five generations based in Le Breuil near Épernay in the Champagne region. The head of the house, Mr. Pierre Gimonnet, and Dominique Bouchet, who has had a long-standing friendship with him, have worked together to achieve this original blend through multiple tastings. The private collection, tailored to Dominique's preferences, is served at only a few select locations in the country. We are pleased to offer it at Takano-ya on this occasion.
