This is a very stylish shop with a quiet atmosphere in Nihonbashi. The interior is long and narrow, with tables at the front and a counter at the back. The multi-course meal, where you leave the composition to the chef, is exciting as you can taste various dishes in small portions. A dish resembling Mont Blanc with layers of chestnut and mushroom, and a bite-sized dish combining vinegared fish and capellini were particularly impressive. The appetizer of fresh oysters topped with cheese and a dish of abalone scented with lemon and coriander were also meticulously prepared, reflecting a commitment to the source of the ingredients. The wine was easy to drink, and overall, I was very satisfied with the delicious food.
