The interior is filled with light, offering a great view that is very calming. The small bite-sized amuse-bouche that came out first was adorable, and I was excited by the presentation on the warm stone plate. The dish with scallops and salmon roe layered with fresh vegetables had an excellent balance of flavor and texture. The cold sweet corn soup, infused with the aroma of black truffle, was rich enough to bring a smile to my face. The main courses, including the black tongue sole prepared Viennese style and the rare duck, all paired wonderfully with the sauces and wines, making me feel happy. The timing of the service was attentive, and I appreciated the chef coming to greet us at the table, leaving me completely satisfied until the last dessert.
