More than half of Estonia is covered with forests, preserving a pristine natural environment. The caviar "NOVA" is made from Siberian sturgeon "baeri" carefully cultivated by Japanese in this rich natural environment. The salt is pure and straightforward, and its potential is maximized with a salt concentration that brings out the best of its flavor. This course allows you to fully enjoy NOVA caviar, which is prepared almost as fresh as the day it was harvested.
Recommended for those with limited time.
