shinmasa Location] 2-1-1 Shimoyamate-dori, Chuo-ku, Kobe City Access】JR Sannomiya Station and other lines Sannomiya Station 5 min. walk. Budget】5000〜6000yen Rating: 3.23 on the food log A slightly upscale restaurant near Sannomiya Station in Kobe that serves grilled chicken skewers and charcoal grills. The interior is stylish and the clientele is a bit different. The impression is that there are many classy customers. ☺️ The photo shows popular menu items: jidori-chicken thigh yaki, skin yaki, and bacon tomato. [⭐️ Tidbits of meat trivia to remember. A wonder of the meat industry. The more tender the beef is, the more it is appreciated. On the other hand, the tougher the chicken is, the more it is appreciated. The softer the chicken, the less flavorful it tastes. But hard chicken meat has a strong meaty flavor. But the hard ones are really hard lol. Yamato nikirye is the toughest chicken I've ever tasted. This momoyaki is also very tough. But the more you chew, the better it tastes. The more you chew, the better it tastes 😄. After a few days, I find myself wishing I could eat it again 😋. sinmasa is a restaurant where you can eat "jidori" dishes. "jidori" is a branded chicken defined by Japanese law.
