This 6-course menu includes our specialty foie gras fondant and eel pie. For the main dish, we offer our signature "Roasted Aomori Silver Duck" that has wowed numerous food connoisseurs. The silver duck is a French Barbary breed raised in Shingo Village, Aomori Prefecture. The skin of the duck is candied to make it look like Peking duck. Chef Hirano spent a year and a half researching and creating this dish, which overturns the concept of Peking Duck with its moist and juicy meat and crispy skin. Enjoy the overflowing flavor that distinguishes this dish from ordinary roast to your heart's content.
