This is a limited menu for this season! W-main dinner course where you can enjoy both Kaju crab and specially selected meat! Kosumi crab is a red snow crab landed at Kosumi Fishing Port. The crab grown in nutrient-rich deep sea water is packed with meat, has a strong sweet taste, and a fresh flavor.
(If you order Acqua Pazza, you can also have it finished as risotto for an additional 500 yen.)
An extravagant platter of appetizers using seasonal fresh fish from various regions including the Seto Inland Sea, Nagasaki's Kamigoto Islands, the Sea of Japan, and Hokkaido, along with fresh seasonal vegetables from Kobe and Hyogo, with an additional charge of 880 yen for each extra serving.
