Located in Nihonbashi Ningyocho, Nihonbashi SANO is a hidden gem of Japanese cuisine, tucked away in a ryokan (Japanese inn) with the fragrance of Edo culture. We carefully select the freshest ingredients every day, and our carefully prepared dishes offer a luxurious experience in which you can experience seasonal delicacies through all five senses. Feel free to consult with us about your culinary needs or celebrations.Our chef is from Yamanashi Prefecture and grew up in a natural environment surrounded by Mt. His love for the ingredients nurtured in nature nurtured his passion for food from an early age. After training at a hotel in Shizuoka, he went under the tutelage of the master of Japanese cuisine, "Dojo Rokuzaburo" and trained at "Kaishoku Michiba" in Ginza.Nihonbashi SANO" offers the enjoyment of traditional Japanese cuisine woven with seasonal ingredients in an atmosphere of nostalgia of Ningyocho. The chef places great importance on maximizing the excellence of the ingredients while preserving the traditions of Japanese cuisine.
