Please choose one dish from ❶to ❸ for each course. This course is a "selection of appetizers and snacks" menu, in which you can choose one dish from items ❶to ❸. The restaurant will ask you to choose one dish from ❶to❸. For cooking reasons, we ask that all group members select the same dish. For last minute reservations, we will basically prepare the same dish as in (1). Additional special snacks may be available on the day of your reservation, but we cannot guarantee the availability of such items due to stocking reasons, However, due to stocking reasons, we ask that reservations be made as far in advance as possible.
To enjoy the fine sake of the new era even more deliciously, we offer to all customers an "assortment of appetizers (sake appetizers)". Please enjoy the "warm bowl" with seasonal sauce and the "nine small bowls (seasonal sake appetizers, obanzai, delicacies, seasonal vegetables, etc.)" along with your favorite sake.
This is a specialty clay pot rice from Tasui. Please enjoy the fragrant and luxurious flavor cooked with 'Minami Uonuma Tokamachi Special A Koshihikari' rice, black truffle, and Japanese dashi. *It takes about 40 minutes to cook, so please place your order early.
