The prawns and potatoes were particularly tasty. The rest of the food was tasty, but average and not outstandingly impressive. The variety on top of the white rice was fun and nice. The beef shigure was a little too sweet. I also enjoyed the kinako (soybean flour) on the warabi mochi.

Filling the hearts and stomachs of rice lovers🍚💕 at these restaurants @Ningyocho Kawada in Ningyocho. Kawada is a Japanese restaurant run by the owner, who trained at Isetsu for more than 10 years, and his mother. Kawada's cuisine is simple and gentle, as is typical of Kyoto-style cuisine...but it does not end there. Rice lovers will not be able to resist the 8 kinds of shime ‼️. Finally, there was even curry🤣. It is also Marudon's style to eat all of them. All of the earthenware pots were eaten up ✨. Next time I'll prepare a bigger earthenware pot ❗️ and the general laughed. This is the place to eat delicious Japanese food with honest work @Ningyocho It's been a long time since I've been to Kawada-san. The owner is a talented chef who trained at Izuki for many years. Although not flashy, you can enjoy Japanese food with a core of dignity and careful workmanship. The specialty is the rice at the end of the meal. As the kind-hearted owner responds to the regulars' cries of "I can still eat 😋," he finds himself with seven different kinds of rice. You can't leave until you are full 🤣. Mr. Kawada, who used to work at Isetsu's deep fryer, has started his own restaurant. It is good for me personally when it starts with rice cakes and rice from the start. The food is relatively good, so I think it would have been nice if the price was kept at 30,000 yen including alcohol. I think it is a bit expensive. There are many kinds of rice to finish the meal. Reservations are as of the end of January, and April would be a little more satisfying if the next reservation and various other things were balanced.

I found myself over 4 on the food log at this restaurant @ Ningyocho. My guess for the meal. The tempo has improved a lot compared to when I first started 🤣. Moreover, the taste has evolved every time I visit. According to the super gourmet paisen who accompanied me this day, it is the closest to the taste of Kyoto flavor. At the same time, Kawada's original taste is also well established. The quantity and quality of the rice at the end of the meal is excellent! 🤣. I'm not sure if it's the same as the other restaurants. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
