A pure rice daiginjo sake with a rich flavor from Niigata Prefecture, where a gorgeous aroma and deep taste intertwine, creating a complex and profound mouthfeel.
This is a rich and full-bodied dry sake made using the traditional handmade brewing method from Hokkaido called Kimoto. It has an aroma that allows you to feel the umami of the rice, and when warmed, the flavor expands even further.
From Yamaguchi Prefecture, it has a honey-like, elegant aroma. The refined sweetness and umami, free of any off-flavors, gently spread. It leaves a lingering, floral aroma while fading away, offering a sophisticated and alluring taste.
The rich flavor that fully brings out the umami of Fukui Prefecture rice coexists with a refreshing taste. It has a calm aroma reminiscent of nuts and a slightly sticky texture on the palate.
This sake features a fruity aroma characteristic of Fukushima Prefecture, with a flavor that spreads the umami of rice evenly in the mouth, and a clean, crisp finish.
This is a Junmai sake from Mie Prefecture, featuring a smooth sweetness and a refreshing finish. It has a lychee-like aroma, a pleasant mouthfeel, and a crisp acidity that makes it a clean and sharp Junmai sake.
Tokyo's rich flavor and strong finish, with a refreshing taste, this dry style pairs well with Japanese cuisine (especially seafood) and is a Junmai Ginjo made with 50% polished rice.
A pleasant aroma reminiscent of Niigata prefecture white peaches and firm melon, with a fruity sensation similar to loquats and persimmons. The sweetness is clear, and the balance of acidity and fragrance spreads harmoniously.
