We prepare fresh squid delivered directly from Hakodate, swimming in our live tank, only after you place your order. The transparent, crunchy flesh and sweet innards are unique to live squid! *Please note that we may not be able to serve this dish due to bad weather or stock shortages, so please contact us in advance.
