Grape Varieties: Macabeo, Parellada. A dry cava with a delicate and complex aroma and a refined mouthfeel. Aged for over 15 months. Made exclusively from grapes harvested by hand from our own vineyards. The color is a bright straw yellow. Small-sized abundant bubbles rise vertically and regularly. This is a dry sparkling wine with a harmonious and elegant mouthfeel, allowing you to experience the complex aromas developed during aging.
<Grape Varieties> Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada. Shining yellow with green hues. The pleasant nose combines white fruits with citrus. Medium body, smooth bubbles rise, and it is well balanced. A refreshing aftertaste of apple and pear lingers, with a hint of pastry.
<Grape Variety> Sauvignon Blanc is popular for its rich fruit flavor and slightly sweet aroma. It pairs best with white fish and clam wine steam. 100% Sauvignon Blanc variety is used. The rich aroma stands out.

Bodegas Ondarre was established in 1986 and is located in the town of Biana, 8 kilometers from Logroño in the La Rioja region. The climate is warm with short summers and mild autumns, making it suitable for winemaking. They only produce red wines of Reserva quality or higher. Tempranillo Blanco is a new grape variety that was discovered in 1988 as a mutation of two white grapes found on old Tempranillo vines in the renowned wine region of Rioja, known for its barrel-aged red wines made primarily from Tempranillo (black grapes). It has a bright straw color with delicate aromas of white flowers and offers an elegant mouthfeel with a solid structure. The finish is long-lasting.
