아키하바라의 조용한 지역에 위치해 있으며, 들어서는 순간부터 분위기가 성숙합니다. 주변을 신경 쓰지 않고 편안하게 보낼 수 있는 자리가 있어 여유롭게 지낼 수 있는 점이 기쁩니다. 간판의 도그로는 회, 아부리, 구이 등으로 즐길 수 있으며, 지방의 맛과 고소함이 두드러집니다. 서서히 퍼지는 깊은 맛이 있으며, 살은 단단하게 조여져 있어 식감도 즐겁습니다. 처음 나오는 따뜻한 포아그라 한 접시도 진하고, 저절로 미소가 지어집니다. 플레이팅도 아름다워 접대나 특별한 식사에도 적합하다고 느낍니다.
