Fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks without adding sulfur dioxide, using carbonic maceration while keeping the whole grapes. Aged for about 3 months with the lees. No filtering or cooling treatment is applied. This is a non-filtered txakoli, fruity with tannins due to fermentation with floral stems. A wine characterized by the high-quality acidity of Ondarrabi Zuri, produced in a limited quantity of only 1,200 bottles.

A sparkling wine from South Africa with 100% bottle fermentation. It features a rich fruit aroma and a refreshing taste, making it a dry wine that pairs well with any meal. It achieves the best balance with the freshness of the grape variety.
Shiny pale yellow from Spain. Delicate and persistent bubbles. Bottled before the San Blas solera process (multi-vintage wine that has been topped up since 2008 in a 2000-liter fooder) is completed. After fermentation in the bottle is finished, it is aged in the bottle for at least 24 months, disgorged, and corked without adding liqueur.
Due to the many cavas that differ in style from the cava established by Spain itself, Raventós has withdrawn from cava and has begun the establishment of 'Conca del Riu Anoia (at the foot of the Anoia River)'. A new stage for the original cava producers. A refreshing daily wine from Spain, easy to drink with a subtle acidity.
Spain / The aroma of Palomino Avijjo is fresh, with notes of apple and yellow peach. There is a hint of yeast as well. It has a refreshing citrus flavor, and the grapes are hand-picked, transported in cases of no more than 18 kg to prevent damage. After destemming, they are pressed, and the sediment settles by gravity. The clear liquid is fermented while controlling the temperature to not exceed 17-18°C. After 2 months, it is bottled without filtering. *Due to the characteristics of the wine, it may contain a lot of cloudiness (sediment). In the local style, please shake the bottle before opening to mix the sediment.
Australia/Viognier with a soft fruit reminiscent of white peach and melon, and a fragrance suggesting elegant white flowers like lilies. Notes of white pepper. A rich dry wine with a relaxed, full-bodied fruit flavor and gentle, mellow acidity.
Shiny golden color from Spain. Thick and elegant with delicate flavors derived from the barrel. Cold maceration for several hours. All must is collected at Sangrado (after extracting the maximum aroma from the juice through skin contact, only free-run must is taken). Fermented with wild yeast in lightly roasted fine-grained French oak barrels (new barrels). No malolactic fermentation. Aged for about 3 months while batonnage.
Spain / Albarino with rich aromas and a hint of fresh herbs. On the palate, it is oily yet fresh. You can feel bitterness, well-balanced acidity, and minerals. After hand harvesting, it is fermented with our own cellar yeast. Aged on lees in INOX tanks for 4 months. The sub-zone is the oldest within the DO and the coolest and most humid Val do Salnes. It was also used in the blind tasting of the Master of Wine exam in 2017, showcasing the personality of Albarino.
Japan / Koshu, awarded the Platinum Prize at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2023, the only Japanese wine to receive this honor.
Wine made from the indigenous variety Pilres, which was on the brink of extinction, from grapes over 70 years old. Hand-picked. After destemming, direct pressed using an old wooden press. Fermented with wild yeast in American oak old barrels. Aged for a certain period on the lees in American oak old barrels. Bottled in June 2022 without fining or filtration. SO2 has consistently not been used. Production quantity is 1762 bottles.

Built in the 14th century, Paso Senorans is one of the traditional manors in the Galicia region of Spain. After more than 30 months of tank aging on the lees, it undergoes over 12 months of bottle aging. This premium wine has a solid drinking experience with a good balance of fruitiness and acidity. It is highly regarded in both the UK and the US.

High acidity and nuances of spice are elegantly balanced. Naturally underwent malolactic fermentation in 500L chestnut barrels. Aged for 8 months in 500L chestnut barrels. Bottled unfiltered and with no added SO2 on June 16, 2022.
South Africa / Cabernet Sauvignon with a glossy deep garnet color. This top cuvée is named after the strong winds of Cape Doctor, a symbol of South Africa, using only hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon. It is fermented using new 300L barrels from France.
Spain/ Handpicked in a field where only manual labor is allowed in the Listan Negro Canary Islands. 90-year-old vines with complex and developed aromas. Very smooth on the palate, with fruit flavors of apricot and cherry, refined acidity, and minerals. The tannins are felt more firmly than one would expect from the color of the wine. An elegant red wine with a strong sense of aging.
