Using the slicer known as the Ferrari of slicers from BERKEL, our carefully crafted prosciutto is a signature dish of our restaurant, sliced ultra-thin and fluffy.
The brown-haired Wagyu raised in the highlands of the Aso region in Kumamoto Prefecture accounts for only about 1% of domestic Wagyu production. The chef personally negotiates to procure a 10kg ribeye with the bone. Please enjoy the exceptional flavor of this red meat.
