The interior is new and bright, very clean and calming. There are counters and tables, and the atmosphere through the glass is also pleasant. The appetizers are carefully prepared, and the flavorful dashi in the tamagoyaki is comforting. The sashimi, simmered dishes, and the combination of fresh wheat gluten and burdock all convey the effort put into them and are truly delicious. The sakura shrimp and new onion tempura and the mackerel sushi also left a lasting impression with their wonderful aroma. The selection of sake is abundant, allowing for a leisurely enjoyment alongside the dishes.
