In December 2016, a hidden gem Italian restaurant was born in the back alleys in front of Hakata Station. Featuring a signature crispy-grilled natural tilefish with crunchy scales, landed directly from Kanezaki Port, the restaurant prides itself on a wide variety of dishes using Kyushu-grown vegetables and Kuroge Wagyu, alongside an extensive lineup of Italian natural wines.
