In the underground counter-only interior, they quickly take your order and the process is smooth. The thin omelet, shaped like a tea towel, is thin yet firm, with a good texture that makes it easy to eat. The vinegared rice, with the aroma of seaweed and sesame, spreads softly and is very delicious. The eel sushi has a good balance between the fish and the sauce, with a sweet flavor and thin skin that left me satisfied. The small rice dumpling sushi wrapped in bamboo leaves is carefully made with ingredients like egg, horse mackerel, trout, shrimp, and sweetfish, showcasing the individuality of each topping. The flavor of the rice is subtle, bringing the whole dish together elegantly, making it perfect as a souvenir.
