Ginza Sushi Watanabe is a long-established restaurant that has inherited over 200 years of craftsmanship. The owner, Yoshifumi Watanabe, is the last disciple of the late Hiroaki Kato, known as the 'God of Nigiri,' and he carries on his techniques and philosophy to this day.
