You can spend a relaxing time at the counter, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The owner's straightforward attitude comes through, and the conversations are warm and reassuring. The ingredients are all of high quality, and the rice has a perfect firmness with a mild acidity. The red fish and fatty tuna are, of course, memorable in their deliciousness, and the flounder and swordfish are also unforgettable. The small horse mackerel, surf clam, and sweet shrimp are prepared with care, and you can taste the umami with every bite. You can also enjoy the sweet egg and the fragrant eel sauce, leaving you feeling happy until the very end.
