This is a Japanese restaurant close to the station, with a calm atmosphere. They prepare seasonal mushrooms, wild vegetables, and game meat with a strong sense of the ingredients, leaving a lasting impression. There are also rare ingredients and sake that you can only find here, which is exciting. The handmade soba noodles are glossy, thin, and have a good bite, making you want to keep eating. The small dishes like white sesame salad, white fish with sauce, and pickles are all carefully made and delicious. The presentation has a three-dimensional quality that is visually enjoyable, and I was satisfied with everything from the salad and curry to the dessert and coffee.
